After you have uploaded/downloaded your file(s), please e-mail your Carlson Sign account executive, so he/she may remove the file(s) from the FTP server. Whenever possible, please ZIP files before uploading. Click the 'Log In' link on the header of the page then enter your username and password in the fields that will appear. Once you have connected to the Carlson Sign FTP site, please upload/download your file(s) to the appropriate folder. Using your preferred web browser, go to the Hightail website. Carlson Sign is not able to provide FTP client help or support. If you are unsure of these settings, then please contact your network administrator. These settings vary depending on the FTP client in use, and some FTP clients may use different terminology. Your FTP client software will have other profile or configuration values that will need to be set. If you have an FTP client, please use the Carlson Sign Specific FTP Settings to set up your FTP client to access the Carlson Sign FTP site.
